Who will you use to post my order?

Unless specified differently on the item description we post with Royal Mail. Our standard shipping is Second Class and express is posted out First Class.

How long will my order take to be dispatched? 

We aim to dispatch your orders as quick as possible but please allow us a few days for this in our busy periods. If you purchase express shipping we will prioritise your ordered to ensure we post the next available day. 

Custom items, such as screen printed T-shirts, or preorder items may take longer for dispatch. For these instances we will give individual dispatch times on the item descriptions.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

We send you an email once your order is dispatched which will include your tracking number. Please use the provided tracking number to check for an update. Once posted it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail or courier to deliver your goods safely. If your estimated delivery time has passed please allow for a few additional days in case there has been a delay. If you are still yet to receive your order please raise this with us within 30 days of dispatch. 

Can I return my order? 

We aim to provide you with accurate descriptions and photographs to give you a clear indication of the product you are buying. Descriptions may sometimes contain opinions as to the condition of the item which are subjective. If you have any questions or doubts we suggest getting in touch prior to placing your order. 

Return queries will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order. If a return is accepted you must ensure the goods are returned to us, in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of raising the dispute. We have up to 14 days from receiving the order back to process your refund. Return disputes can only be resolved with the person who placed the order.
